I ordered a book from Amazon and it never arrived. Here is my correspondence with seller. I love how there is always some ridiculous excuse. But why even send this to me?

On 2-12 I recieved a refund from Amazon. Not the seller.
Then today I got this.

The reason for the delay in getting back with you is that I am fighting breast cancer (since end of Sept). I am right at the end of my chemo treatments and when I receive one it takes me down for approx. 10 days. I am running a little behind in my customer emails. I have awesome people that can and do run every aspect of my business superbly. . . . . .except for answering the customer emails. I'm the only one that has done that for the past 8 years. Oh my bad. Didnt know you have fucking breast cancer. What a liar. If I had breast cancer I would be furious, but I dont so Im just confused.
